Our next race will have two options. An A-Race that lasts 12 laps (100KMs) and a B-Race for 7 laps (60KMs). Women and Juniors receive Championship Points in the B-Race but men are welcome to join in too (just no points). I think we will all start at the same with a rolling start, depending on the number of riders there on the day.
The Race Podium:
In this Race, the podium will be for the JUNIORS category. Prizes from Carrefour and Camel Step sponsors (Purchase Coupons: 1st 600SR, 2nd 400SR and 3rd 200SR).
The Race Course:
Each lap of Bonita is 8.15KMs long and has 13m of elevation. This can be a tiring course to ride if you are isolated and it’s windy, so try to imagine every tactical advantage you can make.
Race Fees:
Day Race (adult) 50 SAR, (junior – up to 18) 20 SAR
Season Membership (adult) 150 SAR, (junior) 50 SAR
Race Location:
If you’ve never been before, Bonita Circuit is here, to the North of Riyadh. There’s lots of parking at the start line and we are really easy to find. As the weather is starting to get colder, make sure you dress properly. It could be as low as 14-17C before the start and most people appreciate bib tights and gloves in those temperatures.
